I absolutely loved this hotel, which blows every other budget hotel I've stayed in in Japan out of the water. The whole place had been renovated a month before I visited, so everything was shiny and new. Rooms were bigger than your average Japanese budget hotel, and had been well thought out with lots of plug points in useful places, etc. They also give you a set of comfy pyjamas to wear, and you can choose your pillow(s) from a selection of them as well, which I though was a nice touch. Bed was super comfy too. The real bonus, however, was the natural spring onsen, which I used every day I stayed. It's not huge, so it was always fairly busy, but I never failed to find a quiet corner (they have a big hot pool with a couple of submerged 'beds' to lie on, another smaller one with Jacuzzi-style jets, a small cold plunge pool, and a sauna, plus dry areas to relax.) Location is a bit quiet, but not too far (maybe 20 mins walk or walk+metro) from lots of the main areas, art museums, etc. Highly recommended if you don't mind not being in the thick of the action as soon as you walk outside your door!

Hotel is close to Awaza metro Station, pink line. U can connect to Nankai airport line via Namba station. 15 min walk for Life Supermarket and 25 min walk for Aveon Mall. On the 1st floor (close to front desk) they have free soft drinks & coffee machine; smoking terrace and big closet with pillows, pijamas and amemities Japanese and European style breakfast was good, breakfast room is open between 06.00-09.00 AM. Hotel provided free lockers on check in and check out day. That helped us a lot :) Front desk employees speak very good english. I had stayed in 3 different hotels during my vacation and Super Hotel was the best. Although it would be amazing if hotel sell their branded products. For example, I would love to buy their bags. Hotel would have free advertising around the world and guest would have memorable gifts. But they don't :)

The property had free welcome drinks in the early evening and free coffee, soda during the day. We were able to use the property's provided "pajamas" during our stay, which was quite nice. The room was clean and cozy - there was a USB port by the bed and also a cable for charging. The bed had very interesting pillows - it was confusing at first, but actually slept like a baby (if I remember correctly, there was also an option to change the pillow if needed). The property had a hot spring (Onsen) - there are separate areas for men and women (you have to go completely naked). The property provides information about the hot spring usage policy for first-time visitors. We used the hot springs every day during our stay - I recommend it.

This is really a Super Hotel! The staff is always polite and very helpful! The location is very convenient (closest station is Awaza) only 10 minutes away from Namba, the centre of Osaka, by subway. Breakfast is delicious and really great value for money! They even provide an ethernet cable in every room, so I was able to work without worrying about the connection, The Onsen is a bonus as I was able to relax after a busy day! There are plenty of excellent restaurants very close to the hotel day and night. The rooms are clean and quiet. They provide extra skin care and shampoo that you chose from and pyjamas and extra pillows! I had a fantastic time and I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing value for the price. Went to the onsen every night I was there. There were free welcome drinks during the early evening and free coffee and soda during the day. The personnel was extremely kind and welcoming. The room was a reasonable size. Can’t believe this place was the same price as the nondescript hotels recommended at the conference I was attending.
